Enjoy getting Curious to see how this is explained later on since Bianca getting killed by Theresa is not canon. For now the DLC is a bit tedious, but I have to admit being able to casually waste Henry's gf and mom made me lol. Makes Theresa look like a psychopath with a cheerful facade. Posted: 25 Dec 2020 11:36 PM PST Let me point out that I'm not going for rep in this playthrough ahead of time so my last save was behind the market stalls in front of the armorer in Rattay town square just after robbing the tailor shop of everything. I already had a warrant for arrest in Rattay so I had to be super stealthy (vis and con both 20 and below plus no sound) especially with 4 guards patrolling that SAME area. I managed to pull it off and walked out with everything the tailor, armorer, and swordsmith had which I took to Peshek and sold off (plan to rob him later and get thousands, rinse, repeat, profit). After I got done with that I thought "well shit I'll go to Neuhof and get a horse since that'll make traveling around easier", so i go to do just that and take the route around Rattay (where Henry and Theresa go on first date) to avoid guards due to wanted status...ran into a peasant carrying a polearm..okayyyy...low on schnapps and trying to conserve so I try to sneak around the fucker, lo and behold there were FOUR more plus a fucking dog hiding in the bushes to which I got immediately spotted...I died. Last save in Rattay during heist.. [link] [comments] | ||

Pick a town, run around and "stealth kill" people, have guards chase you around, stealth kill people in front of guards as they are chasing you, surrender, say you have a secret task, flee, repeat. I found it entertaining especially with the guards initial blank reactions to seeing someone get stabbed right in front of them and when surrendering for the 10th time they continue to say something along the lines of "Now you'll get justice" or "I have 'reports' of seeing you in the act of murder". I've been playing it non-stop until now, and even though the game has only 29 main quests, in these 72+ hours so far i felt like i didnt even finished a quarter of it. Like how in Skyrim I can go stealth archer with poison arrows all the way to unarmed monk. | Posted: 26 Dec 2020 01:16 AM PST Ok so I'm at the end where you're suppose to start the epilogue but when I talked to Hans Capon to start it the game gave me the "Honeyed words" quest. I thought why not and continued that quest first. Well after a few fetch quests he banged the butchers daughter and that was the end of that. I talked to him in his room and said how great it was bla bla but now he won't talk to me. I left and came back, waited for days, did the band of bastards dlc but still nothing. He just stands in his room at the castle in full armor like he's ready to go but the "talk" option won't appere. The quest marker leads to him but nothing happens. Any fixes for this? I'm on console. I save with the schnapps regularly and sleep and save when I can but for some bullshit fucking reason, today's run went through and not one fucking save I performed actually worked. 9 hours later, and I've lost all my progress, most of my gold, all my equipment and about 10 while quests. I was looking at it on steam and saw that the Royal Edition is normally 34$ (CAD) and the Collection is 105$. But they both seem to have all the DLC's. The only thing different is that the collection has the OST's and the Artbook, but that doesn't explain the difference in price. So it might be a stupid question, but is there a catch somewhere? Or I'll have the full game + DLC's with the Royal Edition? The game is on sale right now and the difference in price is only a few dollars right now, but still, I want to make sure I buy the right one. [link] [comments] | ||
| Game of Throws - faulty quest design Posted: 25 Dec 2020 09:37 PM PST Game of Throws has you searching for clues of Sir Alphonse's murder. There are two clues in particular that contradict establish design rules for the game and logic in general. The horse tracks lead to nothing. At a point, they miraculously disappear and no explanation is given why. They also overlap with other two trails (leading to two interesting sites), which could lead the player to be hours trying to find something that isn't there. Moreover, the trails are backwards contradicting Henry's comment about them and further confusing the role of them in the investigation (which seem nonexistent). One could argue that it leads to a campfire, but there's nothing that suggest the campfire was used by the murderer. One may also argue that this is evidence against Pechuna (as he could've fenced the horse in Sasau), but this is a big stretch. The Scorched Map may also send a lot of players to look for hours for something it isn't there (as the several posts on the subject shows). Every single map in the game leads to treasure, we don't know when we acquire it that there's a dice championship going, and we are indeed looking for dices. The reasonable is to assume the map is for a treasure location with the information we originally have. On the same note, the proportions of the map diverge from it's actual marked location. The "X" is marked parallel to the woodcutters encampment, adding to the confusion. [link] [comments] | ||

| Confused about “King’s silver” quest Posted: 25 Dec 2020 08:33 PM PST So I got this quest, went to the mill (i suppose) next to the Skalitz fast travel point, killed all bandits there. Then I head into the mine, cuz the quest marker for it is the closest, had a cutscene where some random guy got pushed off the shaft. Then killed miners on my way out of the mine, then quest updated to report to Feyfar. "Weird, that's all? What about Nemoy? What's up with the silver mine?" Then during the conversation with Feyfar, Henry apparently had a nonexistent fight with Nemoy, and some how found out Nemoy was behind all this, despite never even heard of Nemoy during my stay at Skalitz. Confused, then I checked guides online, apparently the guy that fell down the shaft was Nemoy? Then I was supposed to head to a camp to talk to a women called Zuzana to know the story, not labeled on the map. So i head there, according to internet guide, to the supposed location, but she isn't there? This is the most confused quest I've ever done. [link] [comments] | ||
| Posted: 25 Dec 2020 07:59 PM PST i'm training against captaim Bernard and my attacks are in slow motion against him. i'm trying to do a combo he taught me on him and either my attacks against him are worthless and put into slow motion, or he gets an animation where he grabs my sword or me. i feel like i'm being really stupid but i'm trying here. any ideas of what i'm doing wrong?
