    “How's life in Rattay?”

Off to Rattay (Rataje) today boys and girls

    Posted: 28 Jan 2020 01:07 AM PST

I'm going to take a train to sasau and then walk to Talmberg and then to Rattay. I know there isn't a lot to see in Talmberg but it still should be fun to hike there!

Saved so much money on that perk, and the charisma buff wasn't bad either way tbh

    Honestly Henry, he's a nobleman!

Siege Quest - does it have a timer?

    Posted: 28 Jan 2020 08:54 AM PST

I'm currently on the Siege main quest. I've only started to get the meat, and beer and have to go to Sasau to get the engineer. Now, I have a been a bad bad BAD boy in Sasau. Last time I was there I got caught breaking into a house, and decided I wanted to fight my way out and killed about 10 guards. So I know there is a 10 day jail stint waiting for me there. So if I want to complete the side quest and get the trophy I need to go to jail for 10 days. Is there a timer for Siege that I need to worry about?

    Stamina bug ps4.

    Posted: 28 Jan 2020 09:58 AM PST

Dont know if this is the right place to post about this but I've submitted a ticket for support a while ago and got no reply yet. I encountered this weird bug where basically my stamina will deplete a whole chunk if I touch somebody. Like so much as nudge off an npc without taking any other obvious action that would otherwise use stamina and it will deplete a bunch. This is very annoying and reloading any available save will not fix it. Has anybody encountered this problem on ps4 and managed to fix it or am I tossing this game in the trash for a SECOND time? Because I am not starting over again.

    Version 1.04 if that's relevant.

I just injured my ankle after beating runt

    Posted: 27 Jan 2020 04:53 PM PST

I jumped into the air to celebrate (IRL) and landed on my left foot, it's been like 15 minutes and it's still throbbing, totally worth it though.

Edit: I think it's serious, I can't walk on it.

    Tips for hardcore playthrough?

    Posted: 28 Jan 2020 05:40 AM PST

Hey guys. I played through the game about halfway before but had to quit because I couldn't stand the poor perfomance anymore.

Now that I upgraded my rig I started again but this time wiith hardcore mode. So far I'm doing okay, though I'm still quite at the beginning - just finished kicking Hans' ass in a swordfight.

I was wondering if anyone had some advice or things I should avoid or general tips for a hardcore playthrough. Since I already know the map (somewhat) navigation shouldn't be that big of a problem but I'm a little worried about money in the long term.

So the funniest thing happened my last playthrough...

    Posted: 27 Jan 2020 11:47 AM PST

So, the other day I felt like being naughty in Rattay and decided to break in to the weapons shop from the back, in an attempt to find the locked cabinets and chests that the weapons are stored in. Well, needless to say I got caught while going through the kitchen, so I killed the guard. The sound of the ensuing scuffle causes another guard to come, so I killed him too. Seeing that my goose was probably cooked, I hastily unlocked the door to the wine cellar, closed it behind me and hid down there.

Chaos ensues as I hear people shout from above "OH MY GOD THERE'S A CORPSE" *seconds later* "HEY! THERE'S A CORPSE!", repeated with every single guard that came in. I stay down there, hearing the guards search until the sword icon disappears. Realizing I'll just reload a save, I walk upstairs, only to have Nightingale walk right by me, trying to find the killer. I legit walk out, no guards trying to arrest me, as they run around trying to find whoddunit, not thinking it was at all suspicious that I just emerged from the cellar next to all the dead bodies.

    Classic.

    Locked Out Of Monastery

    Posted: 27 Jan 2020 06:45 PM PST

I'm playing with the sleepwalking debuff. After I went to sleep, I woke up outside of the monastery. Henry doesn't even know how to lockpick, and I'm not about to start grinding until I can pick very hard locks. Is there any way for me to get back inside the monastery or do I have to reload a save?

*Noob Post - Best gear starting out?

    Posted: 27 Jan 2020 06:16 PM PST

Hi guys, been playing for about a week now (and loving it!), haven't had the chance to delve all too deeply into the game yet, though I might have played a little too far into the main quests without doing much side stuff. I believe this as I've gotten up to the fight against Runt in 'Baptism of Fire' and he just smashes me in about 5 seconds flat. So, I've gone back and started to train with Bernard which I hadn't really done any of until now. I figure I need to upgrade my Armour and weapons too (I'm using basic lightweight padded stuff, mail collar, sneaky boots and the Long-sword 'Assassin)', but I am limited by not being able to carry all that much stuff. What is some decent gear I should be picking up early on, keeping in mind that it needs to be lightweight and reasonably affordable or easily stolen.

    Infinite Loading Screen - A Woman's Lot

    Posted: 27 Jan 2020 09:30 PM PST

I'm finding myself stuck at the loading screen when Henry challenges Theresa to swordplay. It happens consistently and I'm not sure why. I have a selection of well-known mods. Is there any known issue with this?

This game has the funniest design - like Jail Time

    Posted: 27 Jan 2020 05:34 PM PST

I just went on a rampage in Rattay, and for the first time, I got knocked out by the guards instead of killed (I guess my armour/defence skill is getting better).

But yeah. I had 10 days jail time, and I swear to god, it took so long.

It was like the game was actually putting me in timeout, for 5 minutes / just for choking Nightingale and killing a few people.

What's the longest jail time you guys have managed?
