I followed Raspberry's "wife" (tiny FtA spoilers) Posted: 01 May 2021 05:25 AM PDT After I decided to tell her to leave, she started picking up casual conversations with the folk of Prib - singing inbetween. I decided to follow her because I was curious what would happen to that NPC. Is she know/pre-existing NPC from a town? Is she truly the daughter of a miller? Are bandits going to kill her on her way through the forests? Is she going to walk off the map or just disappear somewhere? We went through the forest. (Throughout the whole damn journay she was singing without a break). There was an ambush planned (I saw the peasant who tells the bandits to attack you), so I headed forward to take care of him and the 3 heavily armored bandits in the bushes. She ran away into the direction we came from. The battle was a little dangerous since one of them had a polearm, while the other 2 had maces. two bled to death and the other one was struck down. However, when she returned the corpse of the dead peasant made her run away again.. So I had to move it. Re-united, I continued to follow her. We were ambushed again by 3 bandit-peasants who had no chance. After I carried away the corpses, she came back again. It was dark now and she took out her lantern. The darker it was, the more she was like a ghost.. Who was she? Why was she singing like crazy? And from the distance she was kinda scary with her barely noticeable brown dress and that lantern. We exited the forest taking the path which directly leads to Rowna. I thought "oh ok, maybe we go to Ledetschko from here on". When she turned right (West), I thought "Bro, u ok?" because she was heading into the direction of Skalitz. Then I thought "Oh.. maybe.. she is that woman which lives to the North of Skalitz in the Father Simon quest.. but that would mean she is either old.. or just a lazily placed NPC which walked to Prib). She passed that house, so it was clear that she is continueing to walk off the map. Right before the road ended, 3 other bandits ambushed us (3 peasant-bandits again). I took care of them and moved their corpses away.. Then I was curious if she would just disappear. But nope, she just continued walking into the darkness until the light of her lamp faded away. This was the weird story how I protected a crazy woman and her unborn child from 9 bandits on her way into the great..nothingness. [link] [comments]

Posted: 01 May 2021 04:22 AM PDT I started playing the game and i just woke up in the mill after Theresa woke me up, i talked to her uncle about giving practicing lockpicking (i previously somehow, some way managed to lockpick the cabinet in the house before that) and i just can't do it. My controller has drift problems and it's very hard for me to push the L stick forward (move forward) in order to do it i have to press the L stick. Normally it's not too bad, but for lockpicking in this game it's a very big problem. Besides, even if the controller worked perfectly the lockpicking in this game is very hard on console compared to PC. Does anyone have any suggestion how it can fix this problem besides the obvious "buy a new controller" or "fix the controller"? [link] [comments]
Posted: 01 May 2021 07:50 AM PDT Only 6hrs into game, haven't done any sort of trading or anything, but I now have a Cuman bow allegedly worth 300 but Rattay huntsman and blacksmith will only buy them for 30. I saw that you have to build up reputation but if I need quick money now, who / where should I sell it to to sell it for max price? Thanks :) [link] [comments]
It took ne about 20 tries of getting blackout drunk. But I finally found the traffic cone chest! Posted: 30 Apr 2021 03:24 PM PDT Get to 0 hunger. Store all items in a chest. Save. Drink 5 moonshine potions. Wait 3 hour. Reload and keep trying. It took me about 20 tries. There are all sorts of neat locations you can transport to only while blackout drunk. [link] [comments]

A lot of Mixed feelings about the ending Posted: 01 May 2021 08:01 AM PDT It's been well over a month. Around March. Since I've finished my first play through of the game and before I finished the game. It was all I could play but now that I finished it the more and more I think about the ending the entire game feels like a cash grab. Especially with all these new dlcs. It just feels like the entire thing was just setup so that they could make another $60 game with a ton of dlcs. Don't get me wrong the game was really good and it got me really interested in all of the places, people, and culture. But if that is their master plan is to do just that. Make a new $60 game with a ton of dlcs. At the very least it better not be as buggy as Kingdomcome. But if it is that's when I will truly be disappointed because there was something so good with so much potential and warhorse studio threw it down the toilet. [link] [comments]
What are the chances of knocking someone out? Posted: 30 Apr 2021 08:37 PM PDT I play on the ps and I have been on the night raid quest for about an hour now because almost every time I try to knock the guards out they resist it, please can anyone help? [link] [comments]
How well does the game run for you? Posted: 30 Apr 2021 11:35 AM PDT I'm on an old Xbox one (2014 model) and the game takes a while to load in and to not look like a potato. I'm going to be upgrading soon but I'm curious if this is across the board or just because I have old hardware. Thanks [link] [comments]

Love the looting system but always wished there were more Posted: 30 Apr 2021 05:15 PM PDT Something I love most about games like Kingdom come deliverance and even Skyrim are when you start off, you start with the weakest gear in the game and know that as you play and level up you'll get better and rarer loot. One thing I didn't like about kcd(and Skyrim) though or wish was different was how easy you could get high level gear early on by just stumbling across it and even if you don't how easy it is to naturally progress from the weakest to the highest tier of gear. In my current play through I'm trying to avoid taking as much high level gear(except to sell) as possible while focusing on doing many sidequests in bulk then one or two main quests then repeat to make the gameplay as long as possible. My problem is very early in my gameplay around the time you go to investigate the Neujof massacre I already got the best bow several times and a noble plate cuirass which I sold(shortly after I got the kutterburg cuirass). I understand focusing on a lot of sidequests would naturally make me get exposed to lots of gear but I just wish there was more variety of gear along with a more natural implementation of better gear over time as you progress so you could actually feel yourself moving up from a peasant to a knight instead of doing a couple of "raid" missions before hunting with Capon and even he is surprised you have a horse much less for a suit of plate armor. Does anyone else feel the way I do? Or know any games that offers this? I know looters are a thing but I while I like having more loot options I also don't like having to change my gear every fight because I got a new variant of my same sword that does +1 damage [link] [comments]
PS4 very bad performance, very disappointed. Posted: 30 Apr 2021 02:34 PM PDT I don't about you but the performance of this game on the PS4 is so fucking trash. You've got textures and objects loading in 3-4 seconds and sometimes even 15 seconds after you first set sight on them. I'm not in the mood to write an essay so I will just state all the things that make the performance fucking shit.
These are some of the things that I know of at the top of my head. I love this game so far and want to desperately play more of it but the fuckload of performance issues makes the game torturous at best like sweet Jesus, what were the devs doing all these years? Either they should've worked on it more or they should've just not released the console versions and therefore the argument that the game is too demanding holds no merit especially when you take into the account the fact that more graphically demanding games like RDR2 run flawlessly on base consoles. Also, the fact that these types of games are rare makes it even more infuriating. I want a game set IN the Middle Ages, not a game FROM the Middle Ages. Is there anything that I can to fix these issues? [link] [comments]
Fucking pissed at who ever designed the friendly fire and save mechanic. Posted: 30 Apr 2021 11:35 AM PDT Was doing a quest and during it I found a guard who needed help, I tried to help him but accidentally hit him once, fucking once, and he ended up turning on me so I tried to surrender but no, the fucking game didn't even let me. ALSO WHY THE FUCK IS HE TRYING TO KILL ME FOR ONE TINY ACCIDENT THAT WAS HIS FAULT FOR GETTING IN THE WAY OF MY ATTACK, WHO THE FUCK DESIGNED THIS? I didn't wanna kill him cuz I thought i'd get a bounty or something (I still don't know much about the game as I'm still a bit new) and I ended up dying no matter how many times I spammed the surrender button, and my latest save was almost a fucking hour ago! This damn save system is annoying since I was saving my savior schnapps for an important battle about the happen (The one with the bandits), I'm just really pissed right now at who designed this and said it was a good idea.
