Posted: 30 Apr 2021 02:16 AM PDT Conversation skill checks in kcd are pretty straightforward as we know but there is potential to add more to diplomacy using a method that isn't completely out of reach. Being able to mix two skills together to make a stronger argument. For example you could mix charisma and how freightening you are to convince someone you are a prestigious soldier or mix speech and charisma to command a soldier or get someone to listen to you. To stay within the 20 threshold it could be the two skills divided by two so if you have low speech but high charisma it would average out to around medium and depending on who your speaking to their charisma and speech could also average out and you could see if yours is higher. Maybe in some situations you would be able to combine all three skills into one and divide by three. [link] [comments]

Will people recognize stolen dice? Posted: 30 Apr 2021 08:16 AM PDT I fought a guy for some money and stole his dice. Will the people in the same town I stole the dice from recognize the dice I have stolen? [link] [comments]

What to do with a lot of money? Posted: 29 Apr 2021 06:16 PM PDT Now the way I play rpgs is the second I'm given the opportunity I finish every mildly entertaining side quest before continuing on in the game, the amount I do this depends on the game but for this game I did it a lot. I've taken out so many bandit camps and from selling the armor I have like 80k groschen sitting in my pocket. I've already tried buying all the training and horses and armor and weapons but it hasn't made a dent. Especially since I get jumped so often so it's like a constant supply of money. I'm very early on in the story (right after you raid that cuman encampment in the north). I was wondering what i could do with this money? [link] [comments]
About to quit the game thanks to lock picking on console Posted: 30 Apr 2021 07:58 AM PDT About to go outside and punch someone that looks at me wrong. Holy fuck the lock picking is fucking horrible on console. I can't get past the tutorial lock [link] [comments]
Posted: 29 Apr 2021 11:49 PM PDT Siegeoptional objectives Do the optional objectives in the siege quest have any effect other than you get paid? Or is it like in the battle of pribislavitz where poisoning the cumans does have an effect? [link] [comments]
Are some attacks meant to be undodgeable? Posted: 29 Apr 2021 12:31 PM PDT I have been fought Runt a few times now and noticed that some attacks seem to be undodgeable. Such as the clinch attacks or the fixed animations that basically break up the combat flow. I attack him, he evades and instantly hits me and I can't counter. I have tried pressing block and attack. I tried to time it, I tried to spam it. He also seems to be able to stun lock you with a certain clinch animation where you just stand idle for more than a second. He just hits you and you can't do anything about it. Is this really how combat is supposed to be like? I have some good armour, so I can take a few hits. But my sword is pretty shit.
