    To celebrate finishing the 'Needle in a Haystack' quest I purchased a copy of 'The Rule of St. Benedict' which is read out loud at the Monasteries mealtimes.

    There is a lot of jank in this game and it doesn't bother me. A lot of the glitches will have me laughing. Like if you kill an npc that has to do with a quest he will respawn and aggro on sight. So basically he will come try and kick your ass because he remembers that you murdered him in his past life. Does anyone else have funny jank stories about the game? Idk why but this stuff cracks me up.

    Hi guys, sorry in advance if this post is against the rules, usually only ever lurk on Reddit but I'm in dire need of assistance!

    Recently completed Kingdom Come Deliverance & it is, without a shadow of a doubt, one of the best games I've ever played! Easily ranking it alongside that of; Skyrim, Fallout NV, Oblivion etc.

    My question today - do you guys know of any games that are on par, or atleast similar to Kingdom Come? Liked the non-handheld open world RPG aspect ALOT! Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Cheers guys :)

    Is it safe to sell the ancient maps from Treasures of the Past DLC?

    so like, the six ancient map sells for about 24 groschen each (144 groschen is helluva cash for me who just started) so I was thinking to just sell them all and obtain the treasure from online walkthroughs. But I am worried that if I sell the maps that the treasures won't be available somehow.. like some sort of a mechanic that bars me from obtaining them. So is it safe for me to sell all of them and go with my aforementioned plan?

    I'd just practiced with Bernard and needed some Marigold potion so I guzzled four of them. Then I went to fight the in tourney. I was drunk off my ass and did better than I ever have. I guess stoned out of my gourd is the way to go.

    I fear I may have made a mistake by not buying the DLCs when I got Kingdom Come on Steam about a month ago

    I had been playing Kingdom Come pretty much since its release, but never managed to finish the game for one reason or another. This time around, things are looking a lot better. Me being older and more experienced compared to the wide-eyed, naive 25-year old that first picked up the game. I do, however, fear that I might be missing out on a lot of content by not having gotten the DLCs. Therein lies my query. Do you reckon it would be worth it to go and buy all the DLCs? Also, if I may, would you recommend I do so before finishing the game?

    Need help completing the "If you can't beat them quest"

    I have already completed "In Gods hands" and successfully saved everyone, but the optional objective "Help Johanka with treating the patients" didn't go out from the "If you can't beat them" main quest. I thought that after talking to the crimps in the church at night the objective would complete by itself but instead, every time that I try to go to the church and finish the main quest the optional objective of helping johanka fails. Really need some help on this one cause I put a lot of effort on healing the patients and I don't know how falling the objective will impact me on the future.

    Which setting would you like to see in a Kingdom Come-like RPG?

    For me it's Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth (or a period shortly after it disappeared):

    - Brutal forays on noble estates - cinematic slaughter. These were a highlight of Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth (these were often done illegally, so it was just a raid to get rid of your opponents/loot their estate).

    - Foray could be a perfect set up for revenge story.
    - Variety of possible enemies: Cossacks, Germans, Russians, Swedes.
    - Robber barons were common.
    - Thus bandits to fight.
    - Noble chicks to romance.
    - Variety of noble families with often complicated hundread years old rivalry between them - so there could be a mechanic for choosing who to side with. And it's just a decent inspiration for a story thread.
    - Diverse fauna and a rich hunting culture among nobles - hunting mechanics.

    - Very flashy fighting techniques like cross art were common - https://youtu.be/TEwOmdnX50s?t=69 . This could make the gameplay look appealing.

    - Variety of weaponary - sabres, pistols, bows, crossbows, rapiers, longswords - this variety would be great for gameplay, but would be kind of hard to implement due to all the animation work required.

    Saves not working

    I play on Xbox One x. How do I keep my savegames from failing to load and deleting my save game. The furthest I've gotten is on the mission ginger in a pickle. I got to the part where it says I need to go tell bernard what I found out. It said the game saved automatically when I finished the objective before that. I turned my xbox off And when I turn in on later and go to continue it said loading my game save failed. It erased my saved game. Wtf?!? It's done this several times at different places. But ginger in a pickle is the furthest I've gotten. It does it on autosaves and manual savior schnaps saves too.

    COMBAT IS COMPLETELY UNPLAYABLE - due to lags

    (PC) So the game was working completely fine (around 40 hours on steam), I could play it very well and it quickly and steadily becoming one of my favorite rpg game of all time and therefore one of my favorite games in general but I haven't been able to play it recently. Every time I enter combat the game lag so much, freezes and has some drop in fps, it's completely unplayable. I don't have time to block or to evade attacks, I don't have time to be fast with my sword or do interesting combinations.

    It makes the game unplayable, I'm not able to move on with a lot of quests because of it and it's very annoying as well because I quite like the combat in this game, it's challenging and fun for me.

    I've already tried installing some mods to help with fps drops, change my settings. When I put the fps counter on it generally average at 50 so I'm not sure it's the issue. Some times in combat it randomly drop to 1.8 or under after a freeze but other than that it's steady. I've also took step to limit CPU a lot so that it doesn't overwhelm my pc as it was recommended to do. But it still doesn't solve it. I really don't understand as well because everything was working fine before and I can't think of anything that could have made things different.

    This happened after I finished A Woman's Lot DLC and I've tested it in multiple combats, it's always the same and it's always only in combat.

    Any ideas how to solve it ?!
