I just took a psychedelic drug, convinced some wenches that I was Satan Prince of Darkness, then proceeded to “pick their locks”.

So, i found that artwork in Pribyslavitz church

Recently i saw post about u/CopperknickersII's favourite quest.

When you rebuilding church in Pribyslavitz (From the ashes DLC), on the wall you can see the artwork that describes battle for Pribyslavitz and fight Henry vs Runt.

What do you think is the best weapon category?

    Posted: 31 Jan 2021 11:50 PM PST

Just curious. I'm partial to the thrusting focused swords (stinger is great) Also maces are fun to bonk some heads. Not including pole-arms because they are objectively better than everything else (at least from my experience using them)and you can't keep them.

    My favourite quest in KCD

    Posted: 01 Feb 2021 01:00 AM PST

... is the one (dlc required) where you get to see your victory over Runt immortalised in artwork. It really crystallises the fact you've worked your way from being a guy who can barely swing a sword, to a true noble. Audentes fortuna iuvat! (Fortune favours the brave!)

    Which is your favourite?

Any way to make combat/targeting/lock-on suck less?

    Posted: 01 Feb 2021 09:40 AM PST

Fighting multiple opponents sucks balls, because there's a constant change in what opponent is closest to you. If you're not focused on the one nearest you, your attacks will miss (even if an opponent should be getting hit, your attack will only try to hit the one who's targeted) and/or you will get hit by someone.

Why doesn't the game auto-switch targeting to the nearest opponent? Or disable lock-on when fighting multiple guys?

Have I missed a setting somewhere? Or do I really need to keep scrolling the mousewheel constantly (next/previous opponent) to be able to fight effectively?

    Benard Missing

    Posted: 01 Feb 2021 09:30 AM PST

I'm in the middle of all that glistens but took a break to do some side quests etc. I want to get my skills up some more so went to the training grounds at Rattay but Bernad isnt around? This may be a dumb question but is it because I havent finished the above main quest?

    Must Have Mods

    Posted: 01 Feb 2021 08:22 AM PST

    Hi,

Im getting the hang of the game (kinda, still haven't perfected combos lol) but I'm dreading the possibility that the game no longer becomes interesting. What are some must have mods to keep the game challenging and interesting or those that just enhance the play experience?

Skippable Story Parts and Merciful Trophy

    Posted: 01 Feb 2021 04:19 AM PST

What are the quests parts that can be skipped entirely? I remember a quest with a guy named Rapota. He wanted me to save his woman. On my way there i accidently entered a cave. The man i was searching for was forging the money there.

So i accidently skipped a apart of the quest. Can this be done with other quests?

Does my dog "Mutt" kills void the trophy? Even if i give the Sic order.

If i poison my sword then hit an enemy with it then he dies from the poison. Does this void the trophy?

These things probably won't appear in statistics but do they actually void the trophy?

I plan on doing a speedrun for the merciful trophy

Idk what Warhorse Studios is doing right now but this game still needs a lot of polish

    Posted: 01 Feb 2021 04:02 AM PST

There are still an insane and completely inexcusable amount of glitches in this game at just about every corner. Just in the last few days I've experienced falling through the map, menus not loading, not being able to talk to interactable NPCS, horrendous texture pop-ins and so much more.

Getting stuck on things is also an issue. The game desperately needs an unstuck option, considering that there are more bushes (stone walls if you ask me) in this game than there are wild/domesticated animals and humans combined. If the Neverwinter dev team could do it, Warhorse Studios can do it too.

Idk what they're doing rn but they need to work on ironing out all these major performance issues before they even contemplate doing anything else. This was excusable in the first year but we're now in 2021 and the game is still riddled with bugs.

EDIT: This is on PS4, Idk what the situation is on PC.

New to the game and I love it, but it keeps crashing my PS4. Almost bought a new one after taking it apart, voiding the warranty, and cleaning it.

    Posted: 01 Feb 2021 01:28 AM PST

I have the Royal Edition, in case that matters. I thought it was just the end of my PS4, but I took it apart and cleaned it and tested a couple of my other games. No issues. I'm really bummed because I've put 12 hours in and I was stoked to continue but I can't seem to avoid crashes. I've played 10-15 minutes at a time before a crash and I've had it crash at the start menu.

I searched the internet and can't find a good solution. Is this a common issue? Do the developers know about it? Is there any solution that will allow me to keep my current save state? Please help. I'm invested at this point.
