    If you're starting a new playthrough, even if you don't feel like power leveling in skalitz, collect as much nettle as you can because it will net you some coin and better yet, a hidden perk called resistance. +2 vitality after picking 100 nettles. With the amount here picking it'll be quite quick.

    News: Trebuchet ball found in Silver Skalitz

    Trebucher ball from siege of local castle in early 15th century was found in town of Stříbrná Skalice in central Bohemia,

    its not first such occurence - its already 15th ball found here. They even mention KC:D

    And the best of all: Locals call then "Sigismunds balls" :-D

    I learned about groschen from this game and the word intrigued me so I did some quick digging and found that grocer came from groser aka trader or dealer of goods.

    I couldn't find a link from groschen to groser but it's seems pretty apparent it came from the same root gros? I'm also thinking if the word gross came from gros aka a measurement or measure, which is what currency is for as well.

    This thing about longswords

    So, alot of old posts say longswords with shields, you can't do sword combos, and attacks are slower, while 2 handing them, you can combo and attacks are faster. Also old posts say shields go with shortswords for combos.

    However I was playing since the start with longswords and shields and could do combos, didn't even know there was a problem.

    So after reading those posts I switched to 2 handed longswords and didn't even notice any real difference except that blocking dulls the blade, and I'm vulnerable to arrows.

    Was this thing from older patches and they now changed it? What gives?

    Also I read that all weapon ranges are the same no matter mace or hammer or axe or sword, how true is that?

    Ignoring buttons on Xbox

    Anyone with similar issue? I have to press those buttons often twice to do the basic things in Inventory, e.g. move to Horse, Steal a thing. It ignores the first press. . But I don't think it's controller itself as jumping with X works easily or Talking to NPC. It's in the inventory and it's very annoying. Otherwise I'm pleasantly surprised how it runs on Xbox One S. I played on PC before but I don't see much difference actually. Other than FPS which however sucked at PC too and loading textures.

    Dear knights, sirs and madams , may I finish or start side quests when I’ll end up with the main storyline? Just wondering , if it’s possible, cause I know that not all the games are allowing to act this way and I love kcd that much that I wanna suck all of the stories out :)))
