    Hello all!

    My first post on this sub-reddit, and I have a simple question. First let me give some context.

    Somewhere in early 2020 (January lets say) I pirated KCD because I'm really into simple medieval yet complex story/character driven games (a big reason why I cant find anything else to play after completing The Witcher 3 and Dragon Age: Origins. I pirated KCD and was in awe as to how good the game is, I loved every aspect, literally had no complaints.

    Until I reached the quest (cant remember the name this was 9 months ago) in which you sabotage the bandit camp and attack it the next day. A massive bug came up rendering the main quest unpassable and me completely heartbroken. I'm sure you know about the bug where enemy soldiers dont see you as an enemy and dont attack etc etc therefore the quest cannot be completed.

    Since I love the game so much, I am willing to invest the time to get to that point in the game again, and I want to buy it properly with all the dlc's on steam now.

    My question is, does the legally bought version have any bugs such as this in 2020? I dont want to throw away my money. And, do you think the bug I expirienced had to do with the fact that I pirated the game?

    I'd love some advice on this, because 40 euros is not a small price to pay to have your progress taken away from you, especially since you love the game, and the characters.

    Appart from getting arrested for commiting crimes, failing to pick any lock and trying to hunt down armour so I can escape from this little village is there anything more to do in this village of Talmberg...ahaha im struggling here

    The Prey - forever hunting

    I go hunting with the cunt and we are gonna hunt hares, I talk to him before one of us even get the chance to fire an arrow and he says "we both got bad number of hare :( lets get something bigger" we go hunt but we just shoot hares, for ages, dont know if its forever but it took a while so I thought "I'll just skip time" I do that and it says (Task failed hunt with cunt) (new task wait for tomorrow) so I head back to camp and sleep and wait and eat and sleep but nother ever comes of it, I go from dawn to dusk but he never shows and the task never updates, I like the game its just there is so many bugs. any way to fix cause my save before that is like an hour

    I found out I'm 2.4% Eastern European

    So I'm basically Henry of Skalitz is what I keep telling my wife.

    (I have a lot more DNA/DNA relatives in Bavaria, next to Bohemia, though)

    I didn't mean to cause any issues w/ this post, I was excited because I've known 99% my family history through oral history and 23andme confirmed it, however the 2.4% "Eastern European" is the lone aspect I know nothing about, and 23andme can't pinpoint the exact region, so it's a mystery for me.

    Honeyed words Quest: I have an infinite loadscreen after interacting with the door in Sir Hans bedroom .Can someone please download my save, progress in this dialogue and then save soon after the dialogue ends?And reupload the save file here? I think the problem will be solved and i can finally play the game.

    KCD make merchants richer

    Started a new playthrough, and for whatever reason can't get RicherMerchants to work now. Worked just fine on my last playthrough that only ended because it got corrupted (not salty or anything) wondering if A) is there a way to make it work for 1.9.6? Or if there's an updated mod somewhere that does the same thing? Or if there's a game file that can be tweaked to make merchants not so damn broke!
