    I know it takes a while to lose the stolen tag but it's been wayyyy over a ingame week. Probably two. I've had them on me, on my horse, still stolen. When will they become not-stolen?

    I hadn't played kcd in a long time... Since after Band of Bastards launched... Back then, going to the baths would wash ALL of your clothes. Even the ones in your horse's inventory.

    Since a woman's lot, bathwenches only washed the clothes you were currently wearing. Washing all of my clothes (especially all of my fancy clothes) was proving to be a time and money consuming chore... I would constantly need to change outfits and have them washed again and again.

    Theresa, though... She's a keeper. When you ask her to fix your clothes... She'll also wash all of your clothes. I still have to check if she'll wash all the clothes in my saddle bags, but in any case, she washed all the clothes in my inventory.

    Just... Make sure you lie if she asks why you have a smug just-been-out-whoring face on... It's not worth losing laundry benefits.

    Crash in this game is horrifying

    With how long the distance between saves can be, it can be so traumatising when the game suddenly crash

    The game crashes very very rarely, this is only my second crash in two play through. However it crashes on the occasion that I never thought of would need a save.

    I was belladona hunting then saviour schnapps marathon. Two perfectly safe yet excruciatingly painful activities.

    So yeah when I crash and lost 30 minutes worth of progress and have to repeat this entire "boring" cycle.

    I just need to rant and kill cumans (but I'm too weak I'll probably be dead). Life is hard when you play "no-looting henry in hardcore mode"... you just need the money

    So yeah, I hope the game can have "silent saves" that is automatically deleted in some way when you quit/ ctrl f4 but it can be restored on crashes. I don't know if it's even possible. Something like microsoft word

    I just found Jakey and interrogated him as to why he betrayed us. I got all that information, and thus completed the Thirty Pieces quest.

    I went back to Kunos camp as per the BoB quest marker, but nobody is there. The camp is empty. I figured oh well, maybe they're still out of patrol, I'll hang around for a while. So I ate, slept and then waited for two days. Nothing. Waited another day. Nothing. Even went to Samopesh to see if something had happened based on the info I got from Jakey. Nothing.

    Hm, maybe I should check if Jakey is actually in jail (since I put him there). Nope, he's not. Back to the camp, still empty.

    Am I missing something, or is there supposed to be a delay here? Or did I miss something else I'm supposed to do?

    Edit: Waited over a week in his camp now... Starting to get tired of the rain.

    Edit 2: ISSUE SOLVED! The mod Bay Horse Jenda seems to be the cuplrit. When removing it, everything works fine again.

    Yeah, that's it pretty much. I press block when the green shield appears, I make sure my swords pointing in the direction of the attack and I make sure it's moving into it. Maybe I've got the mechanics wrong on the PS4, or I've got the reflexes of a sloth. Any advice?

    Walking sucks

    I've been working on getting the trophies for PlayStation and one specific trophy is walking 50km. That's insane! When does anyone walk? Even off your bourse and not sprinting your still "jogging" and it doesn't contribute to the "walking trophy". You have to either press the joy stick half way in or be over encumbered enough that you walk by default. I originally had only 5 km walked when I started going for the trophies now I'm up to 25km but I've been using a rubber band on my joysticks to walk around in circles for hours and it's still agonizingly slow. I was walking from town to town working on quests and collecting every herb I saw for the 10k herbs trophy which I got a long time ago! I just think it's a huge time sink. Anyone else get this trophy?

    Language not changing off of English

    Hi guys, I've been trying to stay away from this subreddit because I didn't want to be spoiled, but I've been having an issue that I can't for the life of me find a solution to. When I first got the game it was on a physical disc. That stopped working and support didn't bother to answer any of my questions so I bought a digital version and can start the game again. (Yay). Now, my PlayStation's language is set to English and so when I loaded kcd up initially naturally it was in English as well. I changed it it the game's menu, because I actually wanted to play it in German and everything went fine until I hit the first cutscene. There the audio changed back to English. After the cutscene everything was back to German. That was a big no no for me and I changed everything to English. But I really want to play it in German. I've already tried changing the language in the settings, but I only get German subtitles and everything else, the audio stays English. Next thing I've tried is change my PlayStation's language to German and restart the game. Same result. Is there anything else I could try before redownloading the entire game? I'm at my mother's place and the internet is abysmal out here.

    Best preparations before playing this game?

    Played at release but the game had it's flaws so I thought I would wait. I will be upgrading my PC soon so think now is the best time to play again.

    From what I have seen throughout the games life, game breaking bugs are possible so is there anything I can do beforehand to lessen the chances of that happening? such as mods etc.

    One of the big reasons I left was also because I was slightly frustrated with the stealth mechanics (although I can see that just being me not understanding them) has there been any changes or are there any mods relating to that? Thanks :)

    Time limit for (main) quest?

    I bought the game yesterday and I've been doing pretty much only the main quest line because the quest log alsways said stuff liek "meet X at dawn" "do this as asson as possible" "find X before the others kill him". I haven't done a single side quest so far. I want to enjoy all of the side quests in this game, but I feel like the main storyline is a complete burden on progression (and it also felt like the "right" thing to do from a rpg point of view in my opinion) At the moment I have to find the limping bandit before he gets killed.

    But when is a good to take a break from the main story and just do side missions or explore the world?

    How liner is the game?

    So far I'm at the point where I need to meet with the noble guy who got drunk and go hunting with him. I also played Theresa's perspective of Skalitz getting raided and so far the game has been incredibly linear. I hate to use skyrim as an example, but I was expecting it to be more open and let me choose where to head off to as well as throw side quests at my face. I've put a ton of time into the game I feel and have very little gear so that's why I don't just leave Rattay entirely for adventure.

    I'm really enjoying the game, but I need to know if I should adjust my expectations. Is the game more like Beyond Two Souls and those linear story games? Or Bethesda RPGs? Because I feel like I'm just slogging through the tutorial until the game actually begins and that's a great way to ruin it if the whole game is like this.
