Posted: 28 Mar 2021 07:49 AM PDT I am fighting two opponents for the first time, and I got killed way too many times cause Henry inexplicably lunges forward between them. I am trying to break the annoying lock on, and sometimes when I press block Henry just goes forward(the bandits are doing nothing, they are not touching me)and the camera shakes. This is at full health and stamina. Also just in general, it seems that criticism that this game's combat was designed for 1v1, is true, it is so clunky and janky with several opponents... The lock on system just breaks when there is more people, its like an after thought. Fighting several people is difficult, but it doesn't break your goddamn mind and sense of reality and space. EDIT: What often happens I swing at person A, but by the time the attack finishes, Person [link] [comments]

Finding Stinger on Hardcore mode. Posted: 28 Mar 2021 09:52 AM PDT Where can I find Stinger on Hardcore mode? Ancient map 1 didn't have it, neither did the Rattay swordsmith. [link] [comments]

Recommend me a book with KCD feeling? Posted: 28 Mar 2021 10:35 AM PDT Hope this kind of question is allowed here. Lately I've been going on walks in the forest because of lock down, and it always gives me major KCD vibes. Instantly makes me want to play again. Can anyone recommend me a book with that KCD feeling? Like something with knights and forests? I'm OK if it has fantasy elements but it's not required or anything. [link] [comments]
Posted: 28 Mar 2021 12:18 PM PDT Anybody else heartbroken after getting the most tragic ending? After doing all those quests for Johanka, it was so difficult to watch the executioner rip her tongue out. Then she just went silent and fell over, slowly dying a painful death. I couldn't believe my eyes. My heart just sank through the floor. Now I always thought she was batshit crazy, but she was brave in the face of torture, so she gained my respect in her death. After the execution, my character went back to Pribyslavitz and didn't come out for over a week. I also forgave the son of a bitch Sebastian vom Berg as I thought the grief was punishment enough for him. The sad part is the broken gifts from the townsfolk is still lying in front of the old room of Johanka in the monastery, so every time I pass through there it reminds of the grief over and over again. This game is so immersive. Guys, what's your take on the quest? [link] [comments]

Question about leveling weapon skills. Posted: 28 Mar 2021 02:16 PM PDT I have a technical question and I can't find a definite answer for it. Basically do weapon skills level according to hits landed or by damage caused? Will weapon skills level faster if i do more damage per hit or slower by doing more damage per hit because ill be landing fewer hits per fight. I have many hours into this game and I'm trying to level bows but I find enemies die in 1 shot and bows seem to level way slower than melee because I'm only hitting once or twice per combat. So for the purpose of leveling the skill would I be better off using my weakest bow and arrows in order to land more hits per enemy? [link] [comments]
How do I increase my reputation with the guards Posted: 28 Mar 2021 09:18 AM PDT I tried getting arrested, which apparently resets the reputation but that didn't work [link] [comments]
Posted: 28 Mar 2021 09:05 AM PDT I finished the rattan tourney right, I get the prize and its been awhile since I've been told a new one is available, I see the symbol over the smith's head but nothing comes up other than trading, did I do something wrong? [link] [comments]

Posted: 28 Mar 2021 11:49 AM PDT I never expected runt with a basinet. Oh well these things happen in the heat of battle. I found a good cuirass (it's 0 ) and a skalitz shield. I can finally have a better sword. Shard isn't really good but it did his job against the mountain. [link] [comments]
