Posted: 24 Jan 2021 05:15 AM PST My favorite quest is "Keeping the Peace". I absolutely love Rattay, the colors of their crest and tabard, I really liked getting my equipment (and unlike my Henry I was really greatful for it!), going through the town and checking on the daily life of the people you want to protect. It gave the feeling of routine and a duty, especially ringing the bell at the end. I really wished that this quest was something you could do all day whenever you want like being in the monastery. What is your favorite quest? As the quest itself or what impact it has on a certain thing? Maybe its also an item you like which you get in or after the quest. [link] [comments]

Am I the only one who hates black peter? Posted: 24 Jan 2021 10:32 AM PST Not even like "this is difficult and annoying" But from a gameplay perspective. His poison is guaranteed death if you don't have an antidote, if you do have one you have to be able to mount up and get away because you can't run, you can't fight him because the poison will kill you before he dies. It feels like this encounter is physically impossible to survive without prior knowledge, and its right after the tourney and you likely haven't saved yet. I found archery on horseback to be the most effective, but if he gets within 50 feet of you he pulls you off no matter how fast you are going [link] [comments]

Has the games performance been optimized in the past 1.5 years ? Posted: 24 Jan 2021 06:00 AM PST Hello, I have an 1050 ti 4GB - i7 8750H (3.9 GhZ 6 core) with 32gb of ram. Soon after launch I tried the game and it was stuttering ridiculously all over the place, so I refunded it via steam. I'm now out of RPG's to play and thought I'd give KC:D a go, if I can run it at 1080p 60fps low. Honestly even a stable 60fps on 900p would be fine for me. Anyone here playing with similar specs, did the performance improve for lower end systems? I know I can refund it but I thought asking can't hurt. [link] [comments]

Horse stuck at 42 speed at epilogue? Posted: 24 Jan 2021 01:45 AM PST My horse was stuck at 42 speed during epilogue. I looked online and the answers were usually : talk to Hans capon after the ride to neuhof for the speed to go back to usual. so i did exactly that, but my horse speed remained at 42, when i agreed to go with him, the game ends and sends me back to my earlier save. how can i let my horse speed go back to my old speed? its really infuriating for the speed to go back to pebbles speed [link] [comments]

What is objectively the best set of gear in the game? Posted: 23 Jan 2021 04:09 PM PST I'd like to know which clothing, armor, weapons and shield has the highest rating (not including Charisma) and offers the best protection in the game. My playing style is that of a fighter, that is to say I don't give a shit about stealth and just look to take down all enemies with my trusty warhammer in head-to-head combat. My current set is this: —Golden Spurs —Long Noble Hauberk —Lords Of Leipa Gauntlets —Magdeburg Plate pauldrons —Maille Chausses —Necklace —Noble's composite chausses —Noble's maille coif —Nurembergian Cuirass —Padded Coif —Red-white miparti hose —Saxon dyed gambeson —Silver ring —Warhorse Helmet —Heavy Warhammer —Herod's Sword —Skalitz Shield (not trading this one out (for role-playing purposes) unless there's a shield with **vastly** better stats than this one) [link] [comments]
Question about House of God quest Posted: 23 Jan 2021 05:34 PM PST So, after completing the quest on another playthrough I decided to look through the wiki, and... wow. This has some serious alternate endings that I could have come across. However, I'm confused about one thing. Is there actually any way to find out that Leshek is in the mill without just stumbling across him? I talked to a bunch of NPC's, all the important ones, tried to talk to nearby townsmen, nothing. Didn't find any clues either. [link] [comments] |
