    Bulges in KCD 2?

    Posted: 28 Jul 2020 02:13 AM PDT

My Henry got tired of all the fighting so he decided to become a medieval reenactor. Here is his second try at a late 14th early 15th c English bowmen. Based on all the good suggestion to my previous post

    Best game I’ve ever played.

    Posted: 27 Jul 2020 07:46 PM PDT

Seriously best game I ever played. Not going to try to be witty with my first post here. But I just finished the game and I'm blown away. It took me a few weeks and it was like an interactive movie the whole time.

AND I have left a lot of side quests undone. Nvm DLCs

Being a huge history buff just added to the immersion. I can't say enough about how great this game is, and my friends will confirm because I'm "not not saying enough" to them anytime they will listen. They probably hate me.

Anyway, my God what happened to you, you look like you've been assaulted.

    Medieval Archery

    Posted: 28 Jul 2020 12:25 AM PDT

I would like to print my cuman helmet on a T-shirt but I can't decide whether to put any phrase. Something in Hungarian from the game? or in English?

Sword engravings are a must in the sequel

    Posted: 27 Jul 2020 03:27 PM PDT

Wouldn't it have been awesome if we could've had the master engraver in Sasau engrave our sword with many different designs to buy in the first? Warhorse should definitely put that service in the sequel.

How to fight in 5v1s and why does the game throw unfair random encounters?

    Posted: 28 Jul 2020 01:45 AM PDT

So I recently got nice armor, ( I also have the Needle ) and wanted to test it on a bandit camp. So I went there and slaughtered them in a 5v1 which was a little annoying but easy. I fast travel to Rattay and on the way I get ambushed, I tried avoiding but it failed so I was going to teach them a lesson. My horse flips me out or whatever you call it and runs away, I get ready and only see 1 heavily armored cuman with a shield and warhammer, so it was okay and then another 4 come out and chase after me, they have all weapon types including polearms. HOW DO I FIGHT 5 HEAVILY ARMORED CUMANS AND NOT DIE? And why does the game throw such an unbalanced event at me and how do I avoid it? I have scout 1, 2 and 3

Decided to give it another chance

    Posted: 28 Jul 2020 05:02 AM PDT

I've recently burnt myself out on the last game I was playing, so looked through xbox gamepass and decided to give KCD another go. My first attempt at playing the game a while ago resulted in me giving up like, meh, because i found the controls quite clunky and the fighting a frustrating, and didnt get past the prologue.

I'm now at the first major city (where Radzik takes you into his service), and just wondered whats the easiest way to handle the fighting mechanics? Especially archery. To me, archery seems impossible to use, with no cursor or help in anyway to show where or what you're aiming at, or even any assistance from the tutorial on how to effectively use it. And fist fighting. I'll beat Kulek (or however you spell it) one fucking day, the old twat. (On XB1)

Edit: don't get me started on lock picking. I've managed to semi get the hang of it, but not before smoking my way through 20 deck, and nearly launching my controller)

[Question] I read somewhere that i should buy the dlcs from the start so i don't have to do a second playthrough because i need visit their location in the main story or something.... is this true? Or can i finish the game then buy the dlcs and play them normally

    Hello everyone!

I am currently downloading KCD on my PS4 and wanted to ask anyone for some early game tips and suggestions as well as any perks or abilities I should focus on while progressing through the game.

I'm very excited to play this RPG and cannot believe it's taken me this long!

    Thank you in advance!

    The games brightness

    Posted: 28 Jul 2020 08:34 AM PDT

I'm loving this game, but the nights are too dark. Sometimes the days are too dark when inside buildings. I go into the baliffs office in Rattay, and I can't even see the floor it's so dark, in the middle of the day too. When on horseback during a full moon I can't even see my horse, and the torches don't light anything up either. I can't see someone holding a torch unless their right in front of me, and don't even get me started on the candles.

When ever I look up this problem I hear people saying it's fine, it's realistic, or it's too bright as is. I've been in the middle of the woods during a full moon, (LARP) that boys bright! If the moons out you don't even need a flashlight your young enough, and last time I checked Henry is a young lad with healthy eyes.

I swear it wasn't always like this, sometimes when I get on it's better, but is there some way to fix the brightness? Is this a glitch? Is their some hidden way to change brightness?

    On pc btw

Is there any way to loot Zule's horse?

Is there any way to loot Zule's horse?

That caparison is looking swag as hell, I want it. Sadly I can't find a way to get it. His horse doesn't appear to be coded as a living entity. You can't attack it normally. (you get the X marker that you'll get for trying to attack essential npcs) I have been able to shoot it at a distance as well as poke it while mounted on my own horse, but there's been no effect even with an applied bane potion. I also tried cliff diving, but that kills you first. I'll keep trying, but if anyone knows that would be much appreciated, as I am completely stumped.

With the money I've gotten from archery competitions I've gotten some armor and I haven't gone hunting with Capon yet. Do you think this'll make me op?
