From the Ashes DLC: anyway to cancel shipments?

    Posted: 20 Jun 2020 10:00 AM PDT

I bought grain and livestock but I made the bakery first. Am I screwed or can I cancel them?

    Also guardhouse or stables lol

Jesus Christ be praised! This game is awesome

    Posted: 19 Jun 2020 01:30 PM PDT

I've only recently bought the game after getting bored with EA Bannerlord and boy did I become quite hungry for more. This is one of the most immersive experiences I had and I loved every little bit of it.

Sure this game has some problems and in some areas it shows that it was developed by indeed very dedicated yet small team of people. Nevertheless the gameplay, story, voice acting, quests, all of it is 10/10.

Can't remember the last time I got so engaged with the story, last time I actually cared not only for the main character but also for the friends that I met along. And I can't stress it enough how refreshing it was to actually meet some characters that aren't flat and are quite likeable. I was so surprised when Hans turned out to be pretty funny guy with some distance to himself.

Also that feeling when You realize for the first time how far has Henry came. From a guy that (in my case) could barely punch some belligerent drunk to a war machine in full plate armor and fancy clothes.

The only thing I regret is that I finished the game. I'm already planning my second play through, this time on hardcore, but I wish I could play it once more for the first time. Simply amazing game.

Came across this ‘Bandit’ who was walking around like a Wayfarer. Only saw he was actually a Bandit as when to chock him out. 495 better long distance arrows !!

Yall i just knocked a guard out cold at talmberg while trying to get out. I stole his armor and everything. I realize i may be annoying but i was just so giddy about it that i wanted to say it out loud

Is there any word about an Mp mod?

Would be cool to kill Henry as a different Henry while 400 other henrys beat each other to death

    I have found it

    Posted: 19 Jun 2020 10:13 PM PDT

I know it's late in the life of this game to ask for something to be fixed but I have finally found something I actually hate about it. Ran across some bandits on an early play through in skelitz. Knew I couldn't take them so I decided to run (no armor on what so ever) a full bar of stamina later I have three fully armored bandits beating me to death as I'm gasping for air. I feel like they have unlimited stamina and the armor they are wearing weighs nothing.

(Side note I probably deserved it since I was lobbing arrows at them the whole time they were fighting cumans 😂)

    Kingdom come 2

    Posted: 19 Jun 2020 02:46 PM PDT

After the developers post saying starting in 1423 I decided to do some research and found out that is the years of the Hussite wars that Sigismund is involved with as Henry would be near 40 it would be unlikely we played as him however one of the generals on Sigismund side is Hans capons son so we could potentially be playing as henry and Theresa's son.

Unusual way to get Capon's necklace

    Posted: 19 Jun 2020 11:07 PM PDT

From the description of the camp I got that it's another robber baron, so instead of playing masquerade I just went there and killed everyone with no warning. Took me some time to find the necklace, though. Was that a right thing to do?

    Bow Skill Guide

    Posted: 19 Jun 2020 01:23 PM PDT

Alright, I see a lot of post where people critique the combat. One of the bigger complaints I see is the bow skill line. TBH I think frustration with the bow is merited. I've beat a couple playthroughs where I gave up on using the bow all together. But since then I've learned a few things. On my first playthrough all the NPCs enjoyed mocking my lack of bow skills.

Disclaimer: I'm writing this from my experience, I doubt it is perfect. If you want to add or correct something feel free.

Here is what I have found to be really useful to understand. Find a bow trainer ASAP (Berthold or Nicolas), hunt using stealth, wear low noise equipment, make sure you have the stats to use your bow. If you are struggling with sway get a low stat bow till you pass Bow lvl 5.

Bows are better in conjunction with other skills/perks. Stealth, hunting, drinking, and alchemy for example. (Idk remember exact names of skills so sorry for that in advance.)

Crouching Chameleon= 30% improvement to stealth

Drinking Habit in conjunction with Bowmans Brew= plus 7 to bow skill and temporary 25% reduction to bow sway during under the influence.

Forester and Wild at Heart= sneakier in the woods and animals less like to run away

Savage= improved stats outside of towns/villages

Get the Reading skill line: there a 4 of each category of books but I found the strength, agility, stealth, and hunting books to be the most useful. The hunting books can be found at Game masters Nicolas and Berthold, Talmberg baths, and treasure chest 18.

Basic aiming tips figure out what your reticle is, I use the top of Henry's hand or the tip of the arrow. Fully draw the arrow back, this effects trajectory/aiming. Until you are better with the bow Do Not move while shooting. If I missed anything feel free to add and hopefully this helps

    That moment

    Posted: 19 Jun 2020 03:23 PM PDT

That moment when the tang empire collapses and the turkic tribes and a mixed ethnicity between manchurians and mongols are driven westward by the establishment of the jin dynasty which causes the nomadic tribemen to gather a massive amount of people across the Caucasus by the time the time they reach the western steppe. Then some throat singing chad invades most of eurasia and drive the tribes into hungary who then start a war against hungary and then the mongol empire collapses and Charles the IV dies with his son wenceslas being a fucking retard and leading to political strife in the holy roman empire which leads Sigismund, King of Croatia and Hungary to employ the cuman tribes as mercenaries to burn down villages in central bohemia and ending up awaking the terrible eldritch unbeatable monster known as henry

[SPOILER] I think I messed up lol

    Posted: 19 Jun 2020 02:43 PM PDT

I started playing this game a couple weeks ago and already have 40 hours in. Pretty much after getting my first horse, I stopped doing main quests a lot and just did activities and side quests (I found everything I did to be very fun, although I'll admit sometimes FPS and the bush collision makes it a bit frustrating, but still overall great). I got to main level 15 by doing that. I recently started doing main quests again and I'm at the quest where you get to scout the Cuman camp after you find Timmy. But I noticed that I was having a pretty easy time killing all of them (I killed like 7 who were ganging up on me in 10 minutes). So now I'm worried: did I make the game too easy by overleveling? Do you think that even though I'm level 15 and fairly early in the story, I will find points where it will be an actual challenge instead of just long fights? Anyways, this game is great so far but this is just a small worry I have now.

I wanna look at all the different conversations you can have with Sir Kuno that night at the mill. Is the script for the game available somewhere?
