    Time restricted quests?

    Posted: 07 Jan 2020 07:38 AM PST

A friend said that there are quests that are affected by time and that you can even fail quests or "ruin your game" if you don't follow the constraints. I've noticed so far for example I was told to meet Hans Capon at a certain time tomorrow.

My question is (since I can't imagine they are all time bound, you have to be able to do side quests at some time) what quests do I HAVE to be on time for?

Playing through it and their voice actors play British special forces in the game. So weird taking orders from a millar

What was the most annoying task/quest you had to do in the game? I will have to say either needle in a haystack or the one were you gotta make a cure for the people.

Still Haven't Encountered The Riddler, Was He Patched Out? (Mild Spoilers, Possibly?)

    Posted: 07 Jan 2020 04:38 AM PST

Hi, been trying a suggestion I saw on an old post in this subreddit to fast travel back and forth between Rattay Mill and Ledetchko to potentially encounter The Riddler, but in all my times doing so during the game I've never encountered him once. My reasons for wanting to do so are due to the rare dice he supposedly carries.

Is there a spot on the map where he consistently is if he's not wandering about, or is he a randomly generated wayfarer that you encounter by luck? Please advise.

Mod Request - Remove Bandit Dogs

    Posted: 06 Jan 2020 06:16 PM PST

Getting back into Kingdom Come for a second play through, turns out they added dogs which has completely ruined the game for me. Stealth is impossible now, why not just remove the stealth mechanic from the game entirely? But that doesn't even hold a candle to the roaring flame of bullshit that is the arm grab mechanic. Gets even better when the game glitches and the dog just holds onto your arm and won't let go until you quit and reload last save.

I did a quick search but couldn't find it, please please someone tell me there is a mod or patch that I can download that removes these dogs from the game so I can enjoy playing again?

Fast way to make a lot of money? Mild spoiler

    Posted: 07 Jan 2020 01:17 AM PST

I'm trying to get money for Pribyslavitz but I feel like there's no amount of jobs that will get me enough money to build the major buildings. Like the church is about 11,000 groschen or so? Like???? I've tried playing a bunch of farkle but it would take ages for me to get enough money.

Just started this game for the first time. Got a few questions.

    Posted: 06 Jan 2020 07:26 PM PST

So far I really like this game. I like that the dialogue is fairly deep compared to other rpg's and the combat is quirky but fun. I'm just confused by a few things. First off, is there a more effective way to use bandages? On my way back to skalvitz from tamberg I encountered the bandits in the road. The first few I killed fairly easily, but then I got to the guy with the club. He damaged me enough that both of my legs were hurt and bleeding. I had found a total of 7 bandages up to this point and had to use them all and I still bled out. The left leg was at 72% and the right was at 94% when I started using them. I thought using a bandage would make the percent go up to 100% healed but I guess that's not how that works. The percent went down and it took 4 to heal the left leg fully, and the rest got the right down to about 12%. I very slowly bled out and was dead right after I encountered my dead parents in the road in search of a spade. I was really pissed cuz my last save was about an hour before this happened.

Also, is there a trick to lock picking that I haven't figured out yet? I have been successful one out of at least 10 tries on a very easy lock, and those picks are way too expensive for my broke ass

What happens if I talk to Hans? Is it the dlc? All I've ever done with him was go rabbit hunting and never saw the icon. I wanna keep playing.

Modding capability discussion: 'chamber block' to initial master stroke

    Posted: 06 Jan 2020 03:17 PM PST

People who are familiar with the power we currently have to mod KCD: would it be possible to make a mod where master strokes are initiated, not by parry, but by attack?

And would it be possible to check the direction of your attack and the attack of the opponent to check if they are the same?

To clarify, I'm not making a mod request (although that would be nice), I'm more interested in whether I can make this myself.
