I’m in love

I finally recovered Kingdom Come: Deliverance and I've fallen in love. I've always followed and supported this project; moreover, the use of the title in some universities further elevates the value of the medium and the work behind it.

Excluding some flaws, personally a link has been created with the characters and the game-world that I haven't had the pleasure of living for a long time (and I play story-driven experiences daily). Every time I am at work / away from home, I can't wait to enjoy the landscapes while enjoying the beautiful OST, the various talks with the characters and all that this game can reserve.

P.S. I love every time Sir Hanush speaks. Furthermore, I am very sorry for the criticisms (even understandable) received

Mysterious Ways Quest Question

I'm on the quest "Mysterious Ways", and I'll finally be up near the scribe that can teach me to read. I noticed he says "set aside a few days for me to teach you", but I remember Radzig saying "time is of the essence" or some such. Is this quest timed, or am I able to do the reading thing first, mess around a bit? Or will I get in trouble for not doing that quest ASAP?

Just to clarify, Im not looking for the unlimited save mod. I'm fine with the schnapps and I even like the concept. What I dont like is losing hours of grinding skills because my computer decided "ok nows a time to restart". And before some snark says "git gud drink schnapps" you literally cannot expect unexpected crashes. Anybody know of mods that do rgis?

Cumans and Bandits carrying unreasonably large quantities of high quality arrows?

Some Bandits and Cumans have around 2000 arrows in their inventory, though they still outrun my Henry with ease. Is this a bug, or what?

This is, for example, a former bandit, who is carrying 800 arrows. He is currently unemployed, by the way.

Thinking about buying the game

I always loved the idea of this game, the realism and everything. It seemed really interesting to me near its release. I watched a few streamers play it then and it was a buggy mess and turned me away for a long time. Now i saw it again at steam sale and thought i should try it out, is it mostly smooth and bugless now?

I've been thinking of getting KCD on PS4 but I have some questions, are there still bugs? I heard there were a lot of game-breaking bugs but have those been patched? Can you skip the cutscenes/story? I don't think I'd care for the story a whole lot. And have they changed the save system. The main thing that has put me off is you can't just save and quit? I have shit to do and I'm not buying a game that makes me lose hours of progress since I didn't craft the specific potion. How do these mechanics work exactly and how have they changed because I'm hoping the stuff I've been reading is outdated.

He doesn't utterly destroy my armor or anything, but it deteriorates overtime. And I train with him a lot, so should I get a cheap set to put on for when I'm training with him?

I'm used to the guards being random so I don't care anymore, but it's hilarious how during the Nest of Vipers quest I returned to Talmberg only to be accused of murder, when the only people I'd killed since leaving had been Cumans. I just think it's funny and wonder if this has happened to anyone else yet.

Triggering different types of master strikes

It's very easy to trigger a master strike in combat, but some are significantly more powerful than others. For example, there is a masterstrike with 1 handed weapons and shield that does an uppercut to the opponent. This consistently nearly 1 shots even very strong enemies. Is there a way to trigger this specific master strike? sometimes if feels that positioning matters...I have triggered this master strike twice in a row before by stepping in to the opponent with W while performing the master strike.
