Posted: 06 Dec 2019 09:30 AM PST Holy shit! New player here, I just got to the part where Henry finds Lubosh mutilated and nailed to the wall of that house. I did not expect that. This game is intense. [link] [comments]

The most efficient way of leveling bow (and linked stats) by far Posted: 06 Dec 2019 02:44 AM PST The method is really simple: head to Sasau monastery, right outside of it we have a yard with exactly 2 cows and 5 pigs (see map). Both cows and pigs yield 14 bow exp a piece (that's the exp I get for oneshotting them, the exp is granted for damage, not the kill itself, so if you kill it in 2 hits or more, the exp from those hits will add up to around 14 as well). Next, you move a couple meters southwest from that yard (see map), and here we have a spawn of another 6 cows. Therefore, the whole maneuver yields us 182 bow exp and can be done in under 2 minutes. Now, the great thing about this is that the animals (at least in this area, not sure about the others) respawn instantly as long as their corpses have despawned. This means that after killing 2 cows and 5 pigs at the yard and then killing 6 cows at the spawn nearby, we can head back to the yard and repeat the whole process (animals start respawning when you enter their spawn zone, so get to the area, run around in circles for a couple of second and they will spawn in full, you'll get what I mean when you see it). If the corpses failed to despawn - just move a bit further away (going inside monastery and back works just fine). With this method not only do you level bows at a lightning speed compared to conventional methods, you also level all linked stats: strength, agility, vitality and hunting (since we're killing animals). If you have any further input on this I'll be glad to hear it. P.S. don't bother killing chickens, they don't yield any exp. [link] [comments]
Posted: 06 Dec 2019 08:55 AM PST Any tips on getting my lockpicking higher? I can't find any chests lower than hard. (Only have 3 skill btw) [link] [comments]
Where do I file a report for police brutality? Posted: 06 Dec 2019 12:29 AM PST Ok, some weird shit happened to me. Whilst walking through Rattay I suddenly got the popup that people will notice my bad behaviour and got attacked by guards out of nowhere. I have no bounty and a fairly good reputation, I also took a shower to make sure It's not my manly odour. When I surrender they just tell me to fuck off before the beating starts again. Any Idea what might cause this? Thanks in advance. [link] [comments]
First Time Properly Replaying The Game Now Posted: 05 Dec 2019 09:35 PM PST So greetings, I played the games a year ago, when it was released, and didn't get too far. I think it was until Nest of Vipers, since that's the save name suggest. Since i've effectively forgotten the details of the story, I decided to do a full replay. However, I distinctly remember me getting my arse handed to me by every fighter that isn't killed with my stealth kill, or is wearing thicker armor than a cloth. Of course, on my first playthrough, I immediately wanders around the Bohemia as soon as I was able. I believe I did the whole Sasau sidequestline before even getting a horse, which means I also haven't gotten master strikes yet, making every encounter against more skilled opponent unwinnable since they just kept on blocking my attack. Now my question would be: When would be the right time to set out on a sidequest exploration journey? Like i said before, setting out wandering the Bohemian landscape when you haven't even gotten the proper skills (I first thought parrying and countering was just a timing skill that you need to be good at, not unlock) would just end up with you dying stupidly. Is there any main perk that I NEED to unlock first before doing all of the wandering? So far i've been doing the main quest only, focusing on Rattay and never venturing too far for the time being, in fear of getting whacked. Thank you in advance! [link] [comments]

Did you know merchants in Pribyslavitz reset their inventories everyday? Posted: 05 Dec 2019 11:00 PM PST So you can steal at least 5k per day from this town. I don't know if this is a glitch or not. [link] [comments]
Are Mutt and Tinker from the same litter? Posted: 05 Dec 2019 11:30 PM PST Whilst playing with the dogs from A Woman's Lot DLC I ignorantly assumed Tinker and Mutt were the same dog. It was only when I saw Tinker tragically lost that it dawned on me they were certainly different dogs. But their markings and breed and manner are similar. I am wondering and hoping they are perhaps related, to ease Theresa's suffering. Was their some reveal in the story I maybe missed? Trivial, I know. Maybe a sign I am too invested in the story... Posted: 06 Dec 2019 05:00 AM PST So, first off, the tourney launched on its own without me even triggering the quest. I didn't even want to join the tourney, since I'm severely underleved and underarmored, so I just kept it on hold Then after some time, i get the notification that the quest has failed, despite me never getting close to anything near progressing the quest, and i guess this is one of the few time sensitive quest So now I have two problem: 1st, do I miss out on anything? I read that it's repeated once a week, and that there shouldn't be any missed armor set, but if the tourney is triggered by a bug, would that still be the case? 2nd, how do i get these spectators to go back on their place? I've been waiting for Wolfram Pruda to go back to his home so i can pickpocket him for the vagabond quest, and he's still on the arena, watching god knows what, and it's already a day or two past the tourney, and I can't pickpocket from him since he's in broad daylight with people around him Thank you in advance, and sorry if this has been answered before! Tried to assist guards in a skirmish, they arrested me Posted: 05 Dec 2019 08:41 PM PST There was a skirmish in the woods near the Inn in the Glade between guards and bandits. I ran in to support the guards and stabbed the last bandit (who survived), and the guards immediately turned on me and tried to imprison me for violence. I talked them down because high speech, but the bandit started shooting at me with a bow, so I ran after him and stabbed him again, AFTER WHICH THE GUARDS CAME AT ME AGAIN and I had to talk them down AGAIN. Earlier I had been ambushed by CUMANS, killed them all, and started looting their bodies, and a random guard came out of nowhere during my looting and tried to arrest me for violence as well. This was in the woods near the Monastery. Has anyone else had this happen? Is this a bug or what? I really enjoy skirmishes, especially assisting the guards, cause it feels like something my Henry wold do, but it's becoming too frustrating with the AI turning on me. [link] [comments]
A simple summary of A Needle in a Haystack Posted: 05 Dec 2019 07:53 PM PST "You are neglecting your daily schedule" "Your going to solitary" 16 hours later All seriousness FUCK THIS GOD DAMN QUEST if the smallest particle on your body goes into a room you """shouldnt""" be i for a god damn NANOSECOND Im going to solitary. Not an original thought, but JEEZ these wait times Posted: 05 Dec 2019 07:54 PM PST I love the game to death. But every time I need to wait or sleep or read I want to die. Why did they make the timer SLOW DOWN as it gets closer to finishing? It's already slow enough. This is one of very few noticeable flaws in an otherwise awesome game [link] [comments] |
