The end that broke my heart Posted: 13 Dec 2020 08:22 PM PST Well, here i am, just finished with the most paradoxal game i can remember. Paradoxal in the way that i had tremendous expectations for it, ever since i first heard of it. Expectations that were somewhat defrauded when i got my hands on it, because it wasn't quite what i hoped for, and in the short term, i was getting really angry at it, because of some the mechanics. But then, BAM!, i got the hang of it, i like i said to someone, it is not one of my favourites of all time, but it is surely a seminal game, one that is so different from anything else that i truly hope that can pave the way for more like it. It just touched the heart of an avid history reader, with all the codex and representation of scheming politics of the time, and of course, the weapons and armour (oh sweet jesus, the WEAPONS AND ARMOUR!!!!), and pleased the eyes of an avid game player, who longered for a truly medieval rpg... But, that ending... what an anti climax... I get it, in a sense... it wouldn't be coherent with the historical righteousness of the game to have a imaginary character slaughtering historical characters, but damn, the gamer in me felted deceived. Posted: 14 Dec 2020 06:10 AM PST I literally slash him in the face with my sword and he loses like 5% of his health, when he hits me however, he chains like 10 strikes, takes all my stam and gets me bleeding with 20 health left. FPS Issues randomly after 60 hours Posted: 13 Dec 2020 10:15 PM PST So I am almost done with the game and I started the quest where you rebuild privbyslavitz. However, now I get huge fps issues where it will not go above 15-30 no matter which settings are picked. My CPU usage is around 60-66% with my GPU usage at 95-99 usage. For reference I've played 60 hours with no issues, always staying above 60 fps for the most part. I am kinda lost on what to do here. Specs are: i7-8700k 24GB of ddr4 ram RTX 2080 super 750 W Power Supply 2TB SSD ASUS ROG Strix Z370-E Gaming Motherboard. Any suggestions on what to do here guys? I have finally found a way to get the Unique red-yellow Aachen dyed brigandine on Hardcore! Posted: 13 Dec 2020 10:58 AM PST Unfortunately, it's near the end game. Double unfortunately, it not very honourable. This is during the bridge battle where you are to ambush Havel Medek's men. You will "lead" a contingent of Skalitz soldiers and one of them would be wearing it. The getting it is very tricky. If he doesn't die in battle, you would have to either knock him out or kill him yourself. Which is very difficult to do while he's engaged or running around to engage.
