FYI, fastest potion to lvl alchemy is bowsman brew Posted: 02 Sep 2020 07:46 AM PDT Its a broken recipe. Pour spirits, Put in two eyebright, Grind one st johns worts, Put in the grinded st johns wort, Pour potion. Thats it, literally unless they patched it out in the last 2 months, which i highly doubt. Apparently it takes about 60 potions to reach lvl 10 or 13 for routine 1 or 2, cant remember, sso thats 120 eyebright and 60 st johns worts. I think maybe about 100 potiona for hardcore with the negative perk for skill learning, so 200 eyebright and 100 st johns wort. Cant get this done in about 1 and a half hours depending on how precise u are to get to atleast routine 1. Enjoy. Edit; u also dont have to boil. So dont touch it. Just do it cold [link] [comments]

Really Wish In the Sequel There Would Be Meaningful Taverns Posted: 02 Sep 2020 10:08 AM PDT KCD is maybe THE MOST immersive RPG I've played ever, it even has a drinking skill. However I don't think many players actually leveled up it since it doesn't give you that many practical benefits and the default time scale makes spending time in it not that beneficial if not counter productive. To incentive players to spend more time in the tavern It could be a place to socialize with other NPCs. Here are some kind of interactions I can think of. Bad reputation in a town because past actions? Buy everyone in a tavern a round to amend it a bit. Have a couple drinks with the off duty guards would make you become bros and the next time if you got caught with something not very serious they could just let you get away. A couple drinks with certain shop owners? Special discount next time. Some quality time with old pals? They might tip you some money making opportunities. Fine wine with lords and officials? Got in their good grace could help with your future endeavors. Investigating something and the person refuse to share you the knowledge? Some tankards of beer might help him/her loose the tongue a bit. Actually the last one is already in the game with one of the main quest related to Father Godwin. But it's scripted and only happens once and is missable. I really hope in the sequel (that I'm sure is in development right now) there will be more opportunities like that, preferably organic, to happen at taverns. (And some healthy bar brawls too maybe) [link] [comments]
Beating Runt on first try with sword and shield Posted: 02 Sep 2020 06:12 AM PDT My game stats: Play time - 15hrs Main lvl - 8 Strength & vitality - 8 Equipment: Coxcomb short sword w/ lepia shield. Armor was a mix of looted gear from the preceding fight. Strategy: A. Get to Runt with ~95% health. Achieved by balancing bow (tooke the Cumans arrows for more ammo) and flanking of group fights. B. Fighting Runt takes patience. Managing stamina is key. I used almost exclusively strong feint attacks, never depleted more than half of my stamina, and consistently timed my blocks. Side note, I was overburdened during this fight from all my looting. Things still went well. Did Runt get easier to fight in 1.9.6? [link] [comments]
Posted: 01 Sep 2020 05:42 PM PDT God be with you my fellow Henrys. How do you all keep your inventory chests organized so they don't mix in with all the loot from robbin and stealin? Are there other chests in the game that you are able to put stuff? I'm just tired putting things back that I don't want to sell. I like my Henry's wardrobe diverse and dapper, but it gets mixed in and sometimes sold by accident. [link] [comments]

Posted: 01 Sep 2020 11:57 AM PDT After completing the Cherchez le femme quest (!Spoiler) you are rewarded with the offer of becoming Talmberg Master Huntsman. I'm wondering what happens / who takes over if you refuse ? [link] [comments] |
